What we collect, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted.

RangehandIQ, LLC

RangehandIQ is a financial-management product for cow-calf operations in the Intermountain West, currently in private beta. The company is RangehandIQ, LLC. Matt Rose is the founder and the person who reads every form submission.

Two things, both intentional.

Information you give us through the request-access form. Specifically: your name, email address, optional phone number, state, herd size, role on the operation, and an optional answer to “where do current tools fail you?”

Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps short-lived access logs — IP address, user agent, request time. We don’t pull these for marketing.

That’s nearly the whole list. We do not embed advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies.

Privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics. We use Plausible to count visits and a few anonymous actions — for example, requesting access or opening a sample report. Plausible sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites. The only third-party requests the page makes are Google Fonts (typefaces) and Plausible (anonymous analytics).

To reply to you. That’s it.

Form submissions go to a single inbox at sales_support@rangehandiq.com and are read personally. We use the information to:

• Decide whether your operation is a fit for the current beta cohort.
• Reply to you in 24–48 hours.
• Keep a record of what current tools fail at, so we can build the right things.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run automated drip sequences. We do not enroll you in anything you didn’t explicitly opt into.

Netlify and our email.

Form submissions are stored by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our team inbox. Netlify is a U.S. company; their data-handling terms are at netlify.com/privacy.

Email correspondence after that point lives in the team inbox at our email provider. Nothing is exported to a CRM, marketing automation tool, or third-party data broker.

Until you ask us to forget you.

We retain submissions while you’re an active beta candidate or beta participant, plus a reasonable archival period after — typically not more than 24 months. Email threads follow standard retention in our mail provider.

If you want your record deleted before then, just reply to any email from us, or write sales_support@rangehandiq.com. We will purge your form submission and the associated email thread on request, no questions asked, within 14 days.

Access, correction, deletion.

You can ask us to (a) tell you what we have on file for you, (b) correct anything that’s wrong, or (c) delete it entirely. Same email: sales_support@rangehandiq.com.

If you’re a resident of California, the EU, the UK, or any jurisdiction with stronger consumer-data protections than U.S. federal law: those rights apply too. Same process. Same inbox.

This site is not for kids.

RangehandIQ is built for ranch operators, lenders, and bookkeepers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please tell us so we can delete it.

If we update this page, we’ll change the date.

This is a beta product, so practices may evolve before public launch. The “Last updated” date at the top of this notice reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing users will also be sent by email to the address on file.
