Plain language. The actual product isn’t shipped yet — this page covers use of the marketing site and the request-access form during private beta. Separate product terms will replace the relevant sections when paying customers come on.
Marketing site, beta waitlist.
This website (currently at beta.rangehandiq.com, eventually at rangehandiq.com) is a marketing and pre-launch site for RangehandIQ, a financial-management product in private beta. By using the site or submitting the request-access form, you agree to these terms.
If you don’t agree, that’s fine — close the tab. Nothing is collected until you submit the form.
What submission means.
Submitting the request-access form means you’d like to be considered for the beta. It is not a contract, an agreement to purchase, or a commitment of any kind — on either side. We may or may not invite you, on whatever timeline works for the beta cohort. You can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails.
You agree the information you submit is truthful to the best of your knowledge. Submitting deliberately false information (impersonating someone else, fabricating an operation) may mean we decline to engage further.
Read it. Share it. Don’t break it.
You may view, link to, and quote from this site for normal personal and business use, including showing it to a partner, lender, accountant, or family member. You may not:
- Scrape the site at scale or republish substantial portions on another site without permission.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to disrupt the site, its hosting infrastructure, or the form submission pipeline.
- Use the form to send commercial pitches, recruiter outreach, or anything other than a genuine request to be considered for the beta.

References to FFSC (Farm Financial Standards Council) alignment describe the structure of the reports the product produces. Alignment is not certification, accreditation, or endorsement by the FFSC.

We try to keep the site accurate, available, and free of errors, but we don’t guarantee any of those things. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RangehandIQ, LLC disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sample reports, screenshots, and copy describe a beta product whose features and pricing may change before public launch.
Capped at what we’ve charged you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RangehandIQ, LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or the request-access form. Total cumulative liability for any claim related to this site is capped at $100 USD — which reflects the fact that nothing has been sold to you and no consideration has changed hands.
If a separate product agreement is signed when the beta product becomes available to you, the liability terms of that agreement will govern the product itself.

Georgia, USA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking it out in good faith will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your home jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
If we change these terms, the date changes.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version’s effective date is at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
